Little Bo Peep Has Lost Her Sheep

...And can't tell where to find them;
Leave them alone, and they'll come home,
And bring their tails behind them.

This goes down as one of the best Halloweens ever, for us. Both girls thoroughly enjoyed running house to house. We covered a lot of ground and Hannah never tired or waivered, though her bag did become quite heavy and she requested assistance;)

Emily originally wanted to be a slice of pizza, which I was all too ready to take on the challenge of creating. However, Hannah was rifling through Em's closet one afternoon and happened upon the lambie costume. My mother fashioned this little ditty after Emily's favorite lambie she carried everywhere as a baby. Our dear friend Leanna gave Emily that lambie and to this day, Emily will not part with it. Anyway, Hannah discovered it...she said very emphatically, "Hannah can be a lambie - BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA." Once we saw that it fit her perfectly, Emily changed her mind and figured being the boss, you know crook and all, seemed like a sweeter deal than dough and cheese:)

Oh my goodness, Heather. That is just the cutest!!! Mary and her little lamb. So much better than Mary and her little slice of pizza. ;-)

Each of the photos captures the beauty of your precious girls. I am so glad to hear you had a fabulous night. And if I would have been there, I would have done my part to lighten Hannah's load. I've been doing a bit too much of that lately and now I've got a little extra load myself. lol

Have a super week!

Love,
Michelle

I remember when you received Em's costume while we were on the phone. I've been dying to see it ever since. They looked so darling, Heather--the perfect team. I'll even excuse Emily for wearing white shoes after Labor Day. JK...

I am so happy it was a fun evening for you. It sounds like Hannah was really into it. It is so fun when they begin to experience the joy in the holidays, too.

Must go. Lindy is screaming to get up. Sorry. More later. I swear she knows when my fingertips hit the keyboard.

Love,
Lisa

The Sweet Sisters Strike Again! :) So glad to read about your fun night. We had a great one here too. Last year we only went to a couple of houses (friend visits really) since Hope was so young. This year she got the hang of things pretty quickly. Moments to remember for sure!
